With all the excitement of Leila's birthday party (and of the potato salad and piñata candy) I decided to just let my diet go and not weigh-in on Sunday. I've kept going to the gym and continued with my work out though, at least 5 times a week. So technically my weigh-ins haven't really been weekly, but maybe every 10 days to 2 weeks. Slowly, but surely, my weight has been going down. I credit this to low carbing, which I've been doing on and off since around June 22, 2011.
